Cancellation policy

Hijri travels with you through the lunar year - and you can choose to join for a single month or for the journey ahead.

Two ways to buy

A single volume. A one-time purchase of the current month's issue, with no ongoing commitment. Perfect if you'd like to begin with one volume before committing to the year.

A monthly subscription. Each new volume is sent to you automatically as it's released, so you never miss a month of the journey. It's the simplest way to move with the moon through the whole lunar year.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed once a month, on the date of your initial purchase each month, and renew automatically so your next volume is always on its way. You'll only ever be charged for volumes yet to be dispatched.

Pausing & cancelling

You are always in control. You can pause your subscription if you need to step away for a while, or cancel it altogether - both at any time, from your account or by getting in touch with us.

To skip or stop an upcoming volume, please make your change before the 12th of the month, when pre-orders close and volumes are prepared for dispatch. Any change made after the 12th will apply to the following volume, as the current issue will already be in production.

Pausing simply holds your volumes until you're ready to return - your place in the journey is kept for whenever you come back. Cancelling stops all future volumes; any issue already printed and dispatched is non-refundable, in line with our Returns Policy.
